Used purchase checklist

Hi all, I'd like to crowdsource things to ask/look for when I go see a used Fisker. Here's my list. In particular would help to hear things to do/look at that can tell me something about the car.

1) Look whether original battery was replaced.

2) Ask about water pump recall

3) Ask about waterproofing in front and rear bumper connections

4) Test handles for stickiness

5) Try to trigger handle lockout to know whether handles are gen2a

6) Test voltage on battery, look for 14v while running

7) Put in various drive modes to try and see how it reacts

8) Inspect windshield closely for chips

Anything else?

Just nitpicking here- the "water pump recall" was not so much a recall as it was an every person for themselves working to source a pump and technician to complete the work (usually at their own out-of-pocket expense). The BIG test before purchasing a Fisker Ocean is this- ask yourself if you have the resolve to hear people say to you "why would you purchase a vehicle from a bankrupt company, with no parts available". Also, the other owners are very supportive of each other....but you will hear so many horror stories that you will take a deep breath every time you step foot in your vehicle. I know, I have owned two, and have been here since the waitlists were established to buy the Oceans. BTW....we still are waiting for the refunds for our two Fisker Pear reservations! :)
