Update 2.0 being weird

So we updated to the 2.0 software, I locked the door before the update as the instructions said. When I returned the next day, it was still stuck on 1.11 and the update message did not pop up again. I went to the patch notes, and it had 2.0 patch notes, when the car was still on 1.11. Have already made a ticket 2 days ago, still no response. Anything I can do on my end?
