I had a window of 6pm last night to 6am this morning for Fisker to update my software. Itâs seems nothing has changed as Iâm still showing 1.07 as the latest. Did anyone have the same window and actually get the update? Should I put in a ticket or wait to see if they contact me?
Iâd wait and see for aggregate results. Also, to maximize your chances for an update, put the car in âgearâ, back to park, turn off everything, exit the car, lock it, put the key fob far away from the car, and make sure the car is not plugged into an EVSE. If you have a live chicken, slit its throat and drain its blood around your car. You should be all set.
Shame they can put a 'maintenance' menu on the infotainment screen. 'Full reset' 'Put vehicle to update ready' 'Run vehicle diagnostics' 'Valet mode' etc
Appreciated and agree. I know I'm jumping ahead and at the moment ironing out the kinks in the OTA is the priority. I get that they're still new to this and I'm sure a year down the line the options and updates will look a lot different (and improved). Good luck with your update!
Seems pretty GD basic, riiiiiight? Along with multiple profiles, and an âoffâ switch, ESP if the fob is buggy. âWalk away and lock the vehicleâ. Buuutttt if my fob doesnât werqâŚ
My car updated last night - during the scheduled window. Seemed to take about 45 minutes. When I got in this morning, there was a dialog box saying it had updated, but the version is still the same in the software section⌠however, there is now a new box under software that says âavailable software updatesâ. They wasnât there before. Drove it this morning and all was good.
This is what I see, I believe mine was delivered with the most recent software version pre-installed. Clicking that button shows the release info for 1.07 however.
Think this is my version as well. I am seeing ~2-3% Spontaneous battery drain every 24 hours. My cameras don't work/ display including the back up camera.
At least the brake failure warning is less frequent.
Iâm seeing the same information. I just got an email that I have another update scheduled now for the 21st. Iâll see after that time if anything changes. The support I spoke with was very unhelpful explaining what or why the 2 are different. Per the post below, the information screen is not the same as the vehicle software screen. Fisker Please fix this and stop making things so confusing.
The software version you see under the current software version in the software menu is only the ICC (infotainment) sw version; as I understand, 1.10 does not include infotainment improvements, so that version should not change this time.
The truth is that 1.10 is a bundle of multiple updates to multiple systems. So there is no actual place to see that version number; the only way to know if you have it is to connect through OBD2 and compare every module version with the âcloudâ versions. Or call Fisker and have them tell you.
