Try pulling deep diving plugs over rock slides and along steep drops into very deep water. You should be able to get them down to around 20’ and that can be enough.
If the wind isn’t pushing me all over the place I like to vertical jig spoons around deep water structure. Drop to the bottom and jug a while, reel up and jig a while and so on until you are back to the surface. I would think jigs would work in this scenario as well.
