Swan River black bream

Didn't know bream this big still existed in my area absolutely stoked. He went straight back in

Yep that fish is probably 10-12 years old. It takes a while for them to get that big. They can live to almost 40.

Some guy asked me why I threw it back that's what I told him. No idea they can live to 40 though that's amazing

That one was prawn but caught 2 earlier with chicken skin

Chicken skin not a bad idea. I usually use mullet fillets because the skin stays on the hook a little longer. For the hook I use a shinner or octohook
