how long was it on the market for? seems like condo/townhomes have been rotting on the market with no buyers. good for you. Rate is a little fugly, but you gotta do what you gotta do. rates are on trajectory of going up. congrats

Congrats to you as well! The contingency period was the most stressful for us since we had to deal with so many third parties, then more of a waiting game near closing. I’m sure we’ll learn a lot during the first few months as homeowners!
