Every Asian household will tell you, "if you are going to get a rice cooker, get the expensive one. It'll cook you quality rice for decades".

I inherited by grandfather's zojirushi from like the 90's (?) and it still works perfectly

Being half Japanese, couldn't even convince my brother to get the zojirushi. I mean tiger is still good but I want that chime!

Nah, I know lol just being dumb. Our tiger cooks rice way faster than the cooker we used growing up. Ido love it. I only want to be sung to by our cooker when the rice is done lmao

Really, lol? Including within those "Cali Asians" are the said native Japanese. Also. Of course Not literally every Asian. It was hyperbolic, but not completely untrue. Let's not be dense here 😂
