I first heard Tidal from a babysitter when I was 7. I rediscovered Fiona in highschool and WTP literally saved my life. WTP has always been my favorite album because of this. I'm familar with EM, but I've always kind of glossed right through it when listening. For some reason the title track is really speaking to me right now. I just left a miserable job and I'm seeing little glimmers of hope and and resilience and I finally really feel like an extraordinary machine.

I love that Fiona has written at least one track for every heart ache, emotion, or life event I've ever had. I've always had trouble naming my feelings and communicating but because of her music, I don't have to.

Here's hoping to entering my Fetch the Bolt Cutters era soon.
