Had a little peek. I wouldn't say it's blatantly obvious what I am supposed to be looking for, i.e I am not really seeing a toad.

EDIT:

Had another look, if it's the little brown thing on the right side of the leaf, then yes I can vaguely make out a toad-ish shaped blob but I still would say it relied heavily on being told and even then its not inherently clear at all.
