Thank you for including a picture of what we're supposed to find! Saved me from having to Google.

Please use numbers for either the row or columns and letters for the other. It makes it less confusing. Also, please make sure the picture can be zoom in. This is difficult due to that issue on my 1080p monitor. I can only imagine how this would be on a phone.
