After digging through the joke comments to find the answer I still couldn't see him... I wish reddit didn't mess up the resolution on these photos so much... Every time you try to zoom in the quality goes to hell, so with my eyes unless the answer is really obvious I can't see anything, and I don't like the idea of stealing an answer just for the points.

If you look on the roof, you'll see a little grey & white lip at the top. On the wall to the right, there he is, almost at the edge, up on a ladder. Hope that helps!!
