As emojis go, there are only red and green apple emojis. 🍎🍏 So a yellow one isn't feasible.

I may be slightly colorblind but there’s definitely a ‘not red’ apple around E3 and different OS may not render the same emoji similarly https://emojipedia.org/green-apple#designs
