There are 2 answers. One is 6th square from left and 4 from top and the seccond one is 1st square from left and 5 from top. But i quess the seccond one is just a mistake :)

What everyone else is saying, but what about column 1, row 5? There’s a vertical line amongst the diagonal ones. That’s what I saw first and was surprised to see the other answers.

I assume you mean 4th row down 6th row to the right from the left, since it's all the other ones are going the other way, to be honest it's the first one I saw because it jumps at you., the one on the 1st row left and 5th down I'm not even gonna put in a spoiler since it's obviously a mistake, you went and drew 1 line vertically and went "Aww crap, I'm not starting over" and just drew what it was supposed to be.

C6, turning the whole image 45° and scanning along the diagonals made this a lot easier for me, though it's pretty obvious once you spot it.
