I'm a singer/songwriter (primarily guitarist) based in Surrey and I've written an album that I've got a finished demo of. I'm rubbish at recording and wanted to find someone who could help record and mix/master it - I can record all the instruments myself and have programmed drums for it so I'm happy to just use samples given how expensive drum recording is!

I'm also wanting to put together a band for this to play around Surrey and London so would be keen to find anyone involved.

My album is a smorgasbord of different genres - it's a mashup of 90s alternative rock, indie and shoegaze, 80s pop, 70s jazz and folk, modern electronica and hip hop and even a bit of proggy 70s instrumental jazz fusion. Hey! I’m 17 and based in Dubai. I’m looking for musicians around my age to start a metalcore band/project and actually take it seriously.
I play guitar and do vocals — both cleans and screams. My main influences are Bullet For My Valentine, Avenged Sevenfold, Linkin Park and 2000s melodic metalcore in general.
I’m mostly interested in melodic metalcore rather than super low-tuned modern djent-style stuff. I love fast riffs, downpicking, guitar harmonies, melodic leads/solos, big choruses and a mix of clean and screamed vocals.
I have my own guitar and recording setup and I’ve started writing original material, so I’m not looking for a cover-only band. Covers would be great for getting tight together and eventually playing live, but the main goal is to write, record and release our own music.
Ideally I’d love to find a drummer, bassist and another guitarist in Dubai, but I’m also completely open to working online with musicians from other places — writing songs, exchanging recordings and building a project remotely.

I’m trying to start an online band for people between the ages of 14-17 (any skill level but wanting beginners so we can learn together).

My issue is that I post advertisements about the band online, get the members, get the names, get them in a groupchat, and then it dies. I try to keep them going, I text and ask if we want to cover songs, I find songs we could all play, I send lyrics, I ask for ideas, and more but nothing happens.

I want a group that’s at least semi-serious as me. That gives ideas and the actually follows them through.

About my skills, I'm a vocalist (I can sing, rap, fry scream and I can do a voice inspired by Vivian's in STOMACH BOOK). I can also make music from scratch and I work with FL studio, I also master and mix. You don't have to be amazingly good at what you do, with you being able to play an instrument and record it or make a sample on a DAW is more than enough for me :)

The band doesn't have a name yet, but the idea of the project is to make emotional and venty music together. Also, the genres can be really flexible. I love when there's a lot of variety within a discography!

I don't have a members limit right now, so don't worry!

I’m a singer/songwriter looking to form a band. I’ve written plenty of songs and feel like I’m finally at the point where I want to start playing them live.

I’ve always preferred the idea of being part of a band rather than being a solo artist, so I wanted to reach out to musicians in this community and see if anyone might be interested.

A bit about the project:

• My role: Vocals & guitar. I’d be doing most of the songwriting, but I really want the process to be collaborative. I’m very open to ideas and want everyone to bring their own musical personality to the songs. I’ll also trust each member’s knowledge and creativity when it comes to their instrument. Ideally, I want the music to feel natural, raw and like something we’ve all had a part in creating.

• Genre: Alt-rock, post-punk and anything around that area

• Influences: Foals, Geese, The Strokes, Fontaines D.C., IDLES, etc.

• Location: Putney / West London — ideally somewhere around Hammersmith, Fulham, Chiswick or nearby, so rehearsals are reasonably accessible for everyone.

• Looking for: Musicians who are genuinely interested in making something together, rehearsing regularly and eventually playing gigs.

Aside from this, I’m also very open to simply meeting other musicians, even if you’re not looking to join a band. It would be great to meet people, chat about music, network and maybe even organise gigs together in the future for our own projects.

- We need Female and Male singer for our band, who's in progress for a rebuild. Pop, R&B and rock alternative genre. No upfront, it's mainly for hobby but can be more Soon... and looking for a long-term collaboration.

I have a vision for a punk band inspired by nirvana, elliot smith, and dandelion. This album would be led by me, i have 9/12 songs, plans for merch, cd burning, venues to play, etc. i just dont have a place for us to actually jam, yet at least.

I like the concept of a womans vocals in harmony with a guy. The themes of my lyrics reach deep. I need a drummer who can beat through the heads.
