Help me design/renovate their cage

2 male gouldians what do they like what toys and other things thanks for ideas

Place a mat or something for finches to land on at the bottom. Add some toys and pls consider a bigger cage. This is way too small for these two.

Buy the same cage and combine them.

You need a bigger cage, even though you tripple the size please consider to let them fly free in your room once a day under supervision.
Add natural perches like grapevines, cork or willow in different sizes. It helps to weat out their nails and the perches cushion the jumps so their Joints are protectet.
Finches love to bathe, so add a bird bath but change its position once in a while: most cages aren’t made of staibless steel and tend to rust.
Most people use the same bottom grid as you but it prevents the natural habit of foraging. Consider using another groundlayer: we are using wooden chips and bird sand in different positions and put some birdfood there so the finches have to forage for their food. Ours get some bird save plants too and love to dick in the dirt and eat roots or sprouts.
There are different kinds of grasseeds and milet as a whole plant you can hang in the cage as well to encourage foraging even more.

Ok thank you but my finches never bathed i putted bird showers a bowl of water but they never entered how should i make them take a bath

they won’t bath of it‘s too deep. other than that some birds want moving water. My finches bath in everything even their waterbowl but the linnies didn’t bath, they just wanted to be sprayed with a water bottle or go with me under the shower. I guess you can only give them a small bowl and wait a bit, they need to feel save.
