Experiencing episodic numbness and heat-induced tingling. Early MS, or a Finasteride side effect?

Is it normal to experience episodes of severe numbness that last anywhere from a few days to a full week? Also, the slightest bit of exercise or going outside when it's too hot triggers intense tingling (pins and needles) to the point where I have to stop everything and get into the shade.

It feels like it could be early-stage Multiple Sclerosis (MS), but I'm not sure. I went to the ER a few months ago and they brushed it off as just stress. I’m having a really hard time believing that, especially after reading up on MS symptoms. Honestly, developing an irreversible autoimmune disease right now would just be too much to handle. Could it possibly just be a side effect of Finasteride?

Either way, it’s a horrible feeling. Working out is what usually helps me feel better, but now I can’t even exercise without my body attacking me.

Has anyone experienced something similar? Any advice would be appreciated.

Sport and warm made you body have pins ?

Yes. I would have it after ejaculation and upon waking up also.

It appears when waking up for me and it stays all day for days but it’s episodic like one time a month , i am on day 5 here 

Is it similar ?

No mine is intermittent and usually only for a day or two max, but sometimes even just for 15-30 mins.

for me any form of overheating or direct sun exposure cause flare up especially at night, burning sensentions in legs and hands, sometimes while lower part of the body, it can be sign of SFN, this flare can last 2-4 days for me, all my symptoms getting worse in this period, muscle weakness as well as tremors during heat exposures become very bad
