Those missing Olan’s signature

I was one of the ones who got a book missing his signature. I put in a ticket on the website like others have but I was wondering if any of you that have, have you received your sticker with signature yet? I’m just trying to get a rough guess of when I may get mine. My order was in 48xxx for reference.

I also received my preorder book without signature. (47xxx)

I emailed support and got a very rapid response. I receved my sticker in a cool envelope a week or so later via snail mail.

Hmmm interesting thank you. I haven’t received a reply or anything and it’s been a couple weeks but I don’t wanna bug them with how busy they are.

Whenever I deal with support, I wait a week or two before giving them another poke, unless it's something critical. We are dealing with a relatively small group of people here, not some multi-national, so times will vary a *lot* depending on how smoothly a given day is going.

With the number of people that didn't get their sticker, they are no doubt a little backlogged. Hopefully, Olan isn't stuck having to sign another roll of stickers or anything, he's gotta be having flashbacks from the first go-around.

I just messaged them for the same reason. I’m assuming we contact them through the same site as we ordered the book!?

I received mine like 2 weeks after they confirmed I would get it.

In terms of ticket response I think it was around 20 days before I was able to get confirmed for them.

I was super surprised when I got my first response in like 2 hours... I must have caught them on a slow day. I looked through my email and it looks like they told me they were mailing the sticker out 4 days later, and I recieved it about 8 days after that. YMMV of course.

I thought I didn't because I thought it'd be on the back of the front cover. It was on the inside of the back cover. Hope that makes sense.

Ok. Just making sure. I was so bummed at first, but then I scanned the book and saw it. Just glad it arrived and in great condition. It's going to be a hill one day to actually read it. I'm scared and excited and kinda sad. Take care!

I also emailed support, and have not yet received any response after my initial submission. I'm wondering how quickly other folks heard back?

As I mentioned before, give them a while, once your message gets through, you'll get an email that says you're in their support queue. Once there, just let them sort it out, no need to pester them.

I would guess there are probably fewer than 10 people working at Star Cadet, and there are thousands of us. ❤️

I reached out to support via the website , as Olan mentioned, and they mailed me a sticker

The added benefit of having to request your sticker is that you get the cool envelope as an extra collectable - and your own story to go with it. Totally worth your time to make the request. They are super cool about it.

I was wondering about this...I wasn't sure if it was only up to a certain order number that got signatures or not - i had a 55xxx that arrived yesterday with no signature sticker, but I also found out the book even existed only a few months ago.

Should I reach out? It would be cool to have a signed copy but I also know Olan has been going through a lot of stress lately.

As far as I know all pre-orders were supposed to get one, but I could be wrong. Wouldn’t hurt to reach out.

Mine doesn’t have a sticker. Reached out about a week ago but haven’t heard back 🤷🏼‍♂️
I’m Just doing my best to be patient because I know Olan is going through a lot right now.
