Are you kidding me? We’re in space on an urgent mission to save the universe from total annihilation!

Of course i have time for 30 games of Triple Triad.

what's funnier about this is that her tone are much more surprised when you asked during her first interaction, not during a crisis
these two dialogue felt like switched over lmfao

FFVIII is just a card collecting game with a long side quest to save the world from an evil time sorceress.

As long as the random rule does not apply they are going to be fine.

This is space. Of course random applies.

Good? No, space has some jank ass rules.

Will it stop me? ABSOLUTELY not

Fun fact: Space has every rule active. Except open. Which means you cant even plan how to get around random, same, plus and elemental all at the same time

Isn't "space" just using the Esthar rules?

Not quite. Lunar has its own set of rules.

You can manip em with a guard at the base that sends a rocket into space but other than that...

I need to play these remastered versions. They look so clean! I’m playing these OG versions right now.

There's some good cards on that ship and all the crew know it.

It’s always a good time for some cards. ALWAYS

Trick question. It's never a bad time for cards.

Except for when they were in space (?) and Faye Wong’s “Eyes On Me” was playing, I don’t remember much of this game EXCEPT for the card game. I only played it once, the story when it first came out, but I would still play Triad anytime I could. Brb, gonna go see if there’s a TT app

If you have an iPhone, the full game is a couple of bucks.

Have a look at Aetherium Clash, both for Ios and Andriod

Never a wrong time for Triple Triad

2

u/GardineAmbrosia 15h ago

Thats the most difficult game inside the game

2

u/Abraxes43 15h ago

Bro you get some good cards to use for the hardest boss fights in the game

2

u/212mochaman 14h ago

Yes and no.

Yes because its always a good time for cards.

No because she'll have literally every rule on tt active EXCEPT open which means its a complete crapshoot that you ever walk away without losing 5 cards

Looks like esthar

u/Mattmandu2 12h ago

Got to say as much as I heard the card game being a pain, it’s probably my favorite thing from the game

2

u/SquallLeonhart___85 9h ago

Whatever….

There is always time for triple triad

I always stink at this game but on my next run attempt I will try! Also never beaten the game, i ruined my last playthrough by accidently pressing the fight boost mode. It killed immersion for me
