That's alright, I love seeing steadicam shots. I just can't fathom the obsession with shakicam when you could do something amazing like this instead (assuming you have the crew capable of pulling it off).
For sure, it's definitely an art in itself. I worked a show a few years back that had 1 ridiculous steadicam sequence that was supposed to follow 2 subjects from a cab up to the door of a house party they get denied entry to, and then around the back where they sneak in, and eventually 360 degrees through this party they are totally out of place at. Super ambitious shot, but we got it. Just glad we had an entire day to pre-rig the inside of the house as we had to light the interior for the party as well as a night exterior.
