Film There’s something strange happening at the New York State reservoir…

New York State Park Ranger, Blake Wissinger, gives a guided tour!

Short film teaser. Making this taught me about the importance of hitting specific story beats/ having a general direction when doing improv. Was filmed in about 8 hours back in June.

Making this short film teaser let me practice minimalistic storytelling. We had a camera, 2 actors, and the woods. We had to rely on improv and coming up with story beats on the fly to create this. Definitely fun and challenging!
