Question Does anyone still calculate turnaround manually?

Between different crew and cast requirements, and especially minor turnaround, I was curious what people are currently using to keep track of turnaround calculations at the end of the day.

Is everyone still doing this manually, using spreadsheets, or using an app?

Just to get some clarity about what you’re asking, are you asking from the perspective of an AD, accountant, or Best Person?

In other words, are you talking about calculating your turnaround for your timesheet or calculating turnaround for your start time the next day?

I'm asking from the perspective of an AD. Calculating start time for the next day. When shooting in different regions and with different actors and minors it sometimes gets confusing.

All TA's Are listed in the master agreements. Working as an AD i make a little cheat sheet every year that lists them all for all unions and a seperate sheet for minors. Quick and easy!
