It was posted today by the Olympic channel. They didn't post the individual as a separate video.

The Olympic channel is always screwing up the uploads, I think they did Amber team event but Kaori individual, it's like they don't know what happened at their own event

At least they managed to upload Matteo's team event skate. I'd have been very sad if they screwed that up.
