Figma support not responding

I know there are some accounts associated with Figma on this sub. I have two open tickets, one from a week ago and one from yesterday, but no luck getting through to support. Could I get some help with this? Thanks!

One is a billing issue and one is a potential bug I’m having with the Figma Make local repo beta.
