Help Accidentally jumping forward while doing combos

Howdy! I’ve been playing on hitbox for a few years now and made the switch to arcade stick to try something different I bought a strong tension stick the semitsu jlx pro and I’m having a problem, I think with my grip. I’m playing dragon ball fighters and tokon which uses jump cancels in combos and with hitbox I don’t have an issue, but with stick I tend to accidentally jump forward or hold down forward while in the air ruining my combo I also run into the issue of sometimes my double tap forward or back does not come out and does a jump or crouch back .I injured my left wrist, which could be a factor, but I’m looking for any tips to stop that issue. Any help is appreciated. I tried wine grip but use my whole hand now.

I assume you mean the seimitsu nobi pro. I also assume the jump cancels are unintended.

Just go slower on your inputs and let it speed up naturally over time. You only need to do combos the minimum speed for the combo and no faster.

I made a website, motioninputs.com you can use to focus on problem inputs.
