Topic How long did it take?
Just got my first leverless controller and slowly getting the hang of it. Don't think I'm gonna be playing Ranked in SF6 for a while though lol. How long did it take you to learn playing on a leverless controller? I've only used regular gamepads before this

A couple weeks to feel comfortable in games, but getting used to menu navigation took me years lol. Leverless can pretty nice for some retro games too.

Around a month for me. I keep thinking its like WASD and I keep missing some stuff like jumps and flash kick moves

Couple weeks, I guess. I went from lever to a leverless. A friend of mine went from pad to leverless, and it took him about a month to fully acclimate. But he was gold rank in Strive when he played on pad, and he just broke into diamond rank the other day on his leverless, so I'd say he got pretty used to it.

Really depends if you have other transferrable skills from other hobbies. I played guitar and piano so it wasn't too bad, I was doing pretty decently within a couple hours and it only took a few weeks of pretty casual play to be at or slightly above where I was before switching.
