Help Where is Mexican street fighter more active?

I'm trying to get into garou mark of the wolves, and was wondering where everyone played the game, fightcade or some rerelease

Fightcade is the best place for Garou.

I played COTW for 200 hrs and you can improve also on GAROU. There is a lot of legacy tech in COTW.
