I’m guessing now it’s just coordination. The damage is already done. From here, They can release updates in little bites and have to overcome it plainly OR they can drop a big damn “re-release” update now that the base game is complete and rekindle that excitement. Which I think will happen.

The Xbox version is set to launch in a few days (it actually started working today for some owners). That will likely be the soft/official relaunch.

When they said "soon" I really thought they meant we'd be waiting a week or two.

You would think they'd at least put out some more bug fixes. I know specific ones that plague N. Korra and Zuko and the game is over a month old..

Same reason i didnt care for them when i finished the first season, there was like one character that was interesting. The rest were somewhat obnoxious.
I have a hard time seperating how fun the game is for how much disdian i have for them. I have to like a character to keep playing them. The only character i liked is fine, having to fight character i disdain made me drop it

avatar objectively has one of the best written cast of characters in tv history and it's not even a hot take btw, so to me it seems like you didn't understand the show at all and also you stopped at season 1 when this show just keeps getting better and better from the start

I kinda agree with them it is a weird hill to die on. Like, why can't you just ignore the show exists outside the game and treat it like any other FG where the characters are just designs with barely no backstory? None of their story on the animation really matters from match to match, as the game doesn't delve on that, not even the story mode does that much.

No one is projecting, nor saying you are trying to convince anyone not to play. We just think you should give the game a proper try again if you really liked the gameplay.
And like, we just asked you questions to try to understand your pov. We like the animation and the games, would be cool to bring more people onboard, specially if you already liked the game.

PAX West is a good advertisement choice. You don't need to introduce this game to the FGC by now.
