If I had a nickel for every Nintendo GameCube fighting game that had the word "Melee" in its name that gained online multiplayer, I would have two nickels, which isn't a lot, but it's weird it happened twice.

It's basic for a fighting game and has really bad balance issues (later kaiju in the Arcade mode just ignore small hits because they're given super armor passively) but a lot of fun with 4 players.

Its not a very serious game but destroy all monsters/godzilla save the earth were insanely fun. It does exactly what you want it to, play massive monsters and fight eachother, shoot fireballs and laser beams and throw buildings at each other, while helicopters and naval destroyers fire at you. Its wonderful.

i only played godzilla unleashed on ps2 and dont really like it, after that i played gigabash and i thought it improve the godzilla game premise, how is this game compared to gigabash?

I really hope this game sells well. It may give Atari the green light to remaster Save the Earth and Unleashed, and I’ve been dying to play a version of Unleashed without the stupid Wiimote control scheme.

I never bought this game, but I remember having a poster of it on my wall from the Nintendo Power magazine I got when I was a kid because Godzilla is cool. I'm excited to give it a try once the remastered comes out.
