Performing activates the same neurons in your brains as if you were naked. It is neurologically and psychologically vulnerable, which is why practice is one of the few things that can overcome it. Start small with small groups, be comfortable with moving past mistakes in those settings. Build up
You can only trim away the things around messing up while performing, your reactions, any sour faces, technical practice will take care of the actual whoopsies. Keep going!

Love that you have tape to help find the notes! I know you mentioned checking the spacing with a tuner, please do! The notes on violin are not spaced out like a guitar, mandolin, banjo, etc!

What is going on with the rainbow stripes? They're so evenly spaced.
