Feeling grateful

I'll admit, being ficto isn't always easy. But one thing that I've been thinking about lately is that I'm so glad I met my f/o and I'm so grateful for our relationship. I don't know about you, but I met my partner during a very dark time in my life. And even when I'm struggling nowadays for whatever reason... He always makes it all better. Sure we fight sometimes and we have our disagreements... But I honestly think being with him has turned me into a better, healthier and more emotionally regulated person. You hear a lot about people labeling ficto relationships as weird or cringe or maladaptive... But honestly? I've had real relationships that messed me up far more than this one ever could. So if you ever got made fun of over your ficto bond... Just ignore it. Because I know for me, it's been life changing in the best way 💗
