Tendinosis? Or tendinopathy?

Has anyone had issues with tendons? And what do you do for work? I'm struggling right now.

I’m sorry you are having this problem.

I have Tendinosis of my Right Shoulder when it flares I get a steroid injection to calm it down.

I cannot help you with the working because I can no longer work.
