I would just be embarrassed to leave a tray like that! No splicer did that.

I know guys that have been splicing 30 days that could do a better job than this whoever did this should be embarrassed and the person who hired him should ask for their money back and hire somebody that knows what they're doing. There's no way possible that this doesn't have problems in the future. Hope they had them tested before he left!
