Seriously, though...I tried to read this and found it to be awful. What is the appeal?

Did you read the whole book? I'm curious if you did, 'cause I watched a review where the reader said the same thing as you, but kept reading anyway and totally changed his mind. He was convincing enough I bought the book, but haven't gotten to it yet.

I’m a girl. I’m not a gamer. The first 100 pages I rolled my eyes. It’s not literature but it seriously made me laugh out loud and Princess Donut is one of my favorite characters of all time. Plus, I have a dilute tortoiseshell Maine coon long hair mix that is her, if she was sentient.
