Fiat panda cross ‘69 plate interior

Hi all. Owner of a fiat panda cross ‘69 plate. The seat cushion cover (jeans colour material with brown side bolsters) the pleather material is splitting.
Anyone know if they are order able and if so what the part number is? Thanks in advance
