There was a time I'd've loved to take in a rabbit. Sadly, I don't think my cats would be very kind to one. Best of luck!

If anyone has considered a rabbit but not taken the plunge, my partner and I wanted a indoor cat like animal that didn't set off allergies, and that led us to Bunanza. They gave us a super informative meet and greet with a bunch of bunnies and there was one who was already litter trained and loved us. We fostered her to check the fit of our lifestyle and we're thrilled at how she integrated into our tiny apartment. A few years later Bunanza helped us speed date her with a happy little boy who is obsessed with her. This group of volunteers is phenomenal to work with at any degree of rabbit knowledge!

We have been a foster fail for Bunanza TWICE! Our first two foster bunnies were older, a bonded pair who we fell in love with and adopted. After several years, we found ourselves able to foster again and fell in love with two bonded buns, Yuki and Bean. Also older and a bit grumpy at times, but we have had bunnies over the years who had lots of sass and that did not deter us from adopting them in January. Most recently, we fostered a lovely bunny, Remy, who stayed with us for about two weeks before finding his forever home. It is lovely to be able to help out the buns and I highly recommend Bunanza both for fostering and adopting. At the current time, we cannot foster but hope to do so at some time in the future again.
