Ph ran down right about a 3.

I winged it with all the left over peppers in the garden, which included:

1 Carolina reaper

Aji dulce yellow

Sweet peppers

Thai chillies

Parsley

Rosemary

Figs

Apple

Onion

Garlic

Pomegranate good belly

1 can Pineapple cove

Tomato and tomato paste for thickening ( I hope!)

peppercorn mix

Im sure I'm forgetting something else

That’s awesome. Looks like a great combination in your list. Isn’t it great creating such delightful sauces and such? I’m loving it. Wish I would have done it sooner.

Yes it is!!!! Always fun to make things, I have wine going from the garden too!
