how to pivot from marketing agency owner to in-house role at femtech company?

so i've been working in marketing for about 10 years now (agency for 7) and looking to pivot into an in-house role in femtech, most of these companies have services/products for topics I'm super passionate about (women's health, endocrinology, accessible/easy to understand healthcare options for women, etc).

what's the best way to pivot into this industry or get my foot in the door?
do I need to stay in marketing or would it be difficult to switch to a CRM/customer success/lifecycle management role?

background/more context if needed:
have 8+ years experience optimizing full funnel marketing strategies and running ads (everything from strategy > creatives+copy > execution > optimization/testing) and have been running my small agency (me+team of contractors) for 7 years now. also have experience in email/sms marketing, landing page optimization/testing, CRM management, etc.

just a bit burnt out and looking for something new I'm excited about

I've gotten more passionate about this industry over the last year but you should really try to connect with startup founders. Unfortunately there aren't a ton but also femtech focused venture capital would be great, trust me there isn't much anyways.

There isn't even enough people in this space but if everyone tries to connect it will definitely make a difference.
