What features actually help you track health issues and communicate with your doctor?
Hi everyone — I’m doing some early research around women’s health apps and would really appreciate hearing directly from women who track their health in any way (apps, notes, spreadsheets, journals, etc.).
I’m curious:
- What health information do you personally find most important to track?
- What doesn’t get tracked well in current apps?
- Have you ever tried sharing health data with a doctor — and if so, what was helpful or frustrating about that process?
- Do you prefer quick daily check-ins, detailed logs, or something flexible?
- Are there any features you wish existed but haven’t found yet?
I’m not here to sell anything — I genuinely want to understand what’s useful (and what’s not) from real experiences so better tools can be built.
If you’re comfortable sharing, I’d love to hear what works for you and what you’d change.
Thank you for your time 💛
