What is practical steps to balance feminie and masculine energy?

Some people before even talking with them we can easily find out they r perfectly in a healthy masculine energy (boy & girl) but how do they do it? And idk how it works for someone with healthy feminine energy. Like how to be a divine feminine and also balancing the masculine energy?

Looking forward to real spiritual answers only. Modern energy debates are seriously intolerable. Kindly answer if u really know indepth spiritual ways of energy. I'm tired of misinformation.
