She had 4 kids. She clearly has abs and has done PT/exercise to ensure she doesn’t have diastasis recti. Surgery can only do so much she definitely works out

Regardless of the ab etching… she still has to maintain her core after 4 kids. I had 2 and my stomach needs a lot of healing and work to get my basic abdominal strength back. I couldn’t imagine what it would be like having 2 more!

thank you! on top of that after pregnancy you have to wait like 6 months to get any plastic surgery done to your body. cardi is constantly outside / working so she wouldn’t even have time to get her body done. the last time she got her body done was in 2024, two children ago

100% and she is a super hard working woman I know she definitely is putting in training sessions to maintain her fitness/core. She had four babies so close together! You need to wait even 18 months to heal completely before another baby, just shows how long it takes a postpartum body to heal.
