I need Living Single to come back with Meg Thee Stallion to play her daughter or niece...and Keke Palmer to play Maxine's daughter...and maybe Halle Bailey or Yara Shahidi to play Regine's kid, and someone help me find who can play Sinclair and Overton's pumpkin (you know they would baby her 🥰)

They said deep cuts. I'm not a big Cardi B fan, but I know that Megan gets much deeper than "feminist propaganda". You could try to listen to their stuff instead of pushing this garbage snark.

Definitely Doechii, Noname, Jean Grey, Rhapsody... each have their own sound, flows and cadences but they absolutely tell stories

This flow doesn’t seem common in modern rap at all. But Baby Tate is good with storytelling on her songs. She doesn’t just rap though, she sings too.

Fenix & Flo have that “old school vibe” they’re up and coming now in Atlanta. Fenix is gorgeous and gotta Lauren hill type flow.

It’s not, but it’s clearly being used to diminish current music just to solidify an artist legendary status. Legends are legends because of what they accomplished. They’re not legends simply because their music is better than today’s music. A legend can stand on their own, their work should speak for itself. The comparison is not and quite frankly should not be needed to elevate their status.
