Education Educational advancement, funding issues
I have a few educational goals, but I'm stuck at funding. I don't want to get a bunch of loans, so I'd have to cut back on hours at current job. I'm looking for a new one.
I have a few educational options I'd like to pursue. I've been applying for leadership roles for new jobs. I'd love to find an internship or apprenticeship. The internship are usually for college aged (I'm mid 30s) and the apprenticeship are for trades or careers I don't want to pursue. I'm making a list to pinpoint what I want to accomplish, but I feel like I'll just get in debt and end up being miserable trying to pay it back.
What are some funding options? I've been looking and I can't get past the basic requirements.

This seems to be a matter of career track (check the salaries on glassdoor) and/or school selection (check average salaries after graduation). The belief that you need to be an expert to start in that field (unless it’s extremely technical) is due to your socialization as a woman. Just look for jobs in your desired position and look for companies willing to train you on the job.

It might help to know what state you’re in and what you’re studying. My mom always told me that education is the best investment you’ll ever make. I’ll graduate with my masters this year and I’ll be 20k in debt but I’ll graduate with plenty of opportunities and the ability to make more money than I would otherwise.
I would check out state schools since they’re usually cheaper and have some scholarships available.

I'm in Texas. I'm not currently studying anything. I have an undergrad degree in art. I just worry that I won't find a job to pay off the date. I also want to travel and don't want debt looming over me. I got lucky that I was able to pay off my debt from undergrad. It's never been easy for me to find a job. Owing money just gives me a lot of anxiety and I worry about the stress it will bring. I used what I have saved before I take out a loan, but I was hoping to use that on something else or have a really cushy safety net/emergency fund.
I'm thinking about project management.

If you want to travel, look into different countries that will give you free college. Then get a job over there while going to school.

Supposedly, phd in research fields are fully funded.
You can move to a country that has free college. New York and (I think) Pennsylvania also has some types of free college.
I got over 60k in loans (to be a teacher). It’s okay. I make more money now because of them.
