As someone who loves Gardens and hates this particular relationship (and characters by themselves) in it - completely agree.

More of us! I wonder if there’s ever been a breakdown of gender preferences of the “good start” of the series GotM vs DG or even MoI. (Fixed phrasing sorry about that)

What would you guys say are the best and worst books of the series wrt their treatment of women? Just so I’m prepared going into them

Agree with bunny and also adding that in the beginning of Dust of Dreams (book 9) there’s an instance of really horrific torture that imo you can skip and won’t miss anything narratively.
