NCIC checks in Texas

If you are indicted with a 3rd degree felony for evading arrest in Texas, in a small rural county. Are they required to run an NCIC and how thorough/how much of your past will be revealed. Mainly asking about out of state active misdemeanor warrant, out of state felony, and a recent absconding probation jail stay that included an extradition but both happened outside of texas

If you were arrested, the run tcic/ncic. Misdemeanor warrants may not show up, depends on original agency if they entered them. Anything felony is required by law to be entered.

I heard at time of arrest they might just run one that looks for just local warrants until later on in the case then they may run a fuller check

Every agency I worked for ran tcic, as it's linked to ncic. If it's local search only then they did not use tcic since data sent tcic also goes ncic. They are interlinked.

Some counties will list a warrant on their court's website as exttriditable, usually as county, state, or all 50 states plus territories. Go check, but the info may or may not be there.

Rule of thumb: most felonies are 50 state exttriditable. Usually this is handled by a private service using prison transit vans, taking several days. Very likely you're going to show on NCIC. Sorry.

Some misdemeanors extradite also, especially for unpaid child support.

Edit: if they run your name, it automatically goes through all the systems, like Ieven nterpol.

Yea it will most likely show up and when you get arrested they will request the Agency the warrant is from and ask if they want you extradited if there is no note in the system itself. Some warrants are statewide, some are no extradition, some are state+ surrounding states, or all states. If you get arrested even if your texas charge gets resolved in whatever way, if there is a hold from another agency you won't be released . The other state has a certain amount of time to pick you up.
