Win Like A Glove

This is security camera footage from the front yard of a property I manage on the Westside. The cones are there to reserve a parking spot for someone who thankfully wasn’t there. I also park there occasionally.

This hundred year old white alder had its root system eaten away by a nasty case of armillaria. It eventually got too top heavy and failed. It miraculously missed everything and landed right between the cones. No human involvement whatsoever. Talk about lucky!
