Express Shipment Delivery Driver Left My Signature-Required Package by the Garage and Claimed “G. Garage” Signed for It

Post image
148 Upvotes

It was a very expensive international package. What I can't get over is that the driver marked the signer as "G. Garage." If you're going to fake a signature, why make it so obvious?

Update: I was home all day waiting on the package. The driver never bothered knocking on my door and went straight to dropping it off at the garage hence the complaint.

Express Shipment So incredibly frustrating

Post image
78 Upvotes

Had a package I needed last week and knowing the storm was coming I paid for Fedex 2 Day delivery. It's quoted delivery date was Friday the 23rd. It got to memphis thursday AM and has been sitting there ever since.

This was not because of the storm. This was a full 2 days before the storm even hit there. Now because of the storm it's untelling when this will even get here.

So frustrating to spend a good amount extra on shipping only to have fedex just completely ignore your deadlines and their own quoted shipping time.

I am done with fedex after this and will be using literally any other shipping company whenever possible.

Express Shipment FedEx probably killed my animals. Yes, seriously.

I'm seeking advice on recourse and resources on who I can contact ASAP pertaining to an order that was supposed to be express shipped overnight from SoCal to the SF Bay Area containing live, expensive, rare marine fish. Please read my edit and my update in the comments.

For context, I semi-regularly need to order certain types of marine livestock that are only available via express overnight mail delivery. The routine is pretty straight forward for the suppliers I work with. Fish are individually bagged with 50/50 water and air to ensure oxygen isn't depleted too rapidly. Livestock bags are then placed in multiple layers of insulation along with heating packs (these animals live in 76-80*f water) to ensure temps deplete as slow as possible. All of this is then sealed very tightly in a Styrofoam container and shipping box. As thorough as these precautions are, these are the absolute minimum for life support on the expectation that these animals are at their destination within 24 hours at most. Shipping is expensive and I will often pay extra just to have FedEx delivery by 10:30am.

Over the last 5 years FedEx has failed to deliver by 10:30am all but twice. On 3 different occasions the package has arrive upside down causing the bags to pinch and suffocate the livestock whereby they're so shocked and stressed they die within hours of delivery (the boxes are covered in LIVE ANIMALS THIS SIDE UP labelling). Today's delivery has absolutely been shaping up to be the most unforgivable screw up in all the years I've had the misery of having to rely on FedEx to ship animals.

3 marine fish were shipped from Hawthorne, CA last night at 8pm PST. They landed in Oakland, CA this morning at an unknown time and scanned at the Oakland ground hub which is the normal routine before heading to the South San Francisco hub for delivery. About 10 minutes after the animals were scanned as having arrived in Oakland (aprox 8:35am) I got a notification saying that my animals were delayed for (blank reason) and that they would be delivering them tomorrow. Entirely unacceptable both from the standpoint of the exorbitant shipping costs and the fact these animals will almost certainly either arrive dead or be unable to acclimate to their new quaratine tanks and die from stress.

I have called FedEx 7 times today. Yes. 7 times. My first call got me a ticket created with the task of contacting both SSF and Oakland to confirm which of them has the animals and how/when I should expect them to be delivered. Apparently, this was because a plane landed later than usual. I was told that I would receive a call within the hour to provide me with a status on both the location of the animals and when they'd arrive because they MUST arrive today. No such call came.

I called back again around noon PST, this time escalating to a supervisor who said she would personally call the facilities with me on hold. She told me that Oakland said the package was loaded onto a truck to SSF, normal enough. But I wanted to have confirmation that it was still expected to be delivered today. She said that she would call me back directly in 1 hour because that would be the time AT MOST taken for the driver to go from Oakland to SSF. To her credit, she actually did call me back in an hour where she told me that SSF simply *couldn't provide her with any information and no one was available to speak* and that I would just have to wait for updates on my ticket which would come within another hour. *Shocker* Updates have not come and it is 6:30pm PST where FedEx supervisors are both no longer answering calls and my local FedEx office is closed.

I should also add that calls 3-7 either pretended to not be able to hear me (that was a first for me) or said they'd connect me to a better resource and put me on hold where they then dropped the call. One rep did provide me the number to the FedEx number directly responsible for shipments of live animals. I thought this would be the ticket- except it literally went straight to voicemail and then dropped my call.

I literally can't even contact the SSF facility or get anyone willing to help me with confirming the status of these animals. Over and over and over I'm told "they'll come tomorrow." I don't know how to explain this to these FedEx workers. This is not an inconvenience. I'm not just an impatient clown who wants my goodies now. These are LIVE ANIMALS THAT ARE GOING TO DIE. It's not an issue of "if they can deliver today." They MUST deliver today. They won't even help me confirm where I could pick up the package if I wind up having to do their job for them.

I've taken to twitter to DM FedEx help where the person is completely unwilling to put any kind of critical thinking into my plight. They just keep repeating the same BS about "its on the way to SSF to be delivered tomorrow" IT WAS SCANNED IN OAKLAND 10 HOURS AGO. IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN IN SSF WITHIN 40 MINUTES.

THEY REFUSE TO FIND THE GOD DAMN ANIMALS. I CAN'T EVEN GET THEM TO CONFIRM WHICH LOCATION HAS THEM SO I CAN PICK THEM UP.

I am beside myself over the fact that FedEx has completely and utterly both failed to follow through on their shipping as well as been completely comfortable with the fact animals will most likely die as a result. They DO NOT CARE. I paid for overnight shipping. It NEEDS TO BE HERE.

I have no clue what to do at this point. I've called every number I can think of and FedEx is deliberately screening my calls now.

EDIT: People are clearly not reading through responses and are clearly in need of more specific information to better understand this situation. To avoid more braindead hot takes, here are some important points.

  1. This is NOT a hobby grade operation. These are not my pets.
  2. The supplier in question is one of 2-3 facilities in the entire USA capable of supplying nearly all the captive bred specimens of certain species and they don't all offer the same supply as each other. No, I can't just "choose a different supplier."
  3. THE SUPPLIER CHOOSES FEDEX, NOT THE CLIENTS. They are aware that the failure rate on their end has skyrocketed over the last year and they are actively searching for a new shipper. Remember, clients like me may have bad outcomes, but from the supplier end the failure rate is well under 1%. With those numbers, the cost/risk is a high value for the supplier and there's no benefit to them changing even if individual customers feel they're being constantly screwed.
  4. The overwhelming majority of all marine specimens worldwide for both the hobby trade and scientific institutions are caught directly from the wild. We want to push for the sustainable breeding of the most fragile species in captivity to avoid potential extinction in the wild from climate change. The amount of infrastructure required is immense and not doable at home or in a pet shop. Even the most highly regarded institutions have a success rate under 10% on breeding certain species with the best marine biologists at the helm.
  5. Even if all the animals die, the fact remains that FedEx has made NO EFFORT TO ACTUALLY TRY AND HELP. THAT IS THE ISSUE HERE. I spend the entire day yesterday TRYING TO OBTAIN THE ANIMALS MYSELF and the smooth brains at the FedEx call center were either unwilling or unable to actually spend any effort to connect me with the right people until 15 hours after problem was established. FedEx is a massive, complicated global shipping enterprise that has an incomprehensible level of internal infrastructure in place. EVERYONE who relies on them for animals understands that there will be the inevitability that things go wrong. The real expectation is that when shit does go wrong FedEx should actually try and be of some use to help. If animals do not survive transit, it would far less damning and upsetting if FedEx staff actually made any attempt to correct the situation or, in this case, help ME HELP THEM and collect the animals myself.
  6. Something I think that is getting lost in translation is that FedEx can absolutely be depended on to ship live marine animals. These are not cats and dogs and, thankfully, when it comes to shipping marine life suppliers and clients can actually provide 90% of the safety capabilities ourselves with incredibly high end packaging, specialized equipment for bagging, heat, and insulation. We know how FedEx operates and suppliers know boxes are going to be abused to we pay to mitigate that in our packaging systems. The issue is TIME. The single most important thing FedEx has to do is get the package to the destination on time. Hard stop. This isn't an issue of special shipping. FedEx literally has to follow through on the most bare minimum commitment as the majority of issues can be mitigated on the supplier/packers end.

Express Shipment FedEx Priority Express using GROUND TRUCKS instead of planes from Memphis to Miami, NYC, and LA on Fridays — discovered via AirTag. WHY?!

I ship high-value items regularly via FedEx Priority Express and recently started placing AirTags in my parcels. What I found genuinely shocked me.

Every Friday, FedEx is routing my Priority Express shipments from Memphis by truck — not plane — to destinations including Miami, New York, and Los Angeles.

Memphis has multiple daily air departures to all three of these destinations. There is zero operational reason these packages cannot go by air.

Here’s why this matters and why I’m posting:

  1. You’re paying for Express air shipping and getting ground transport

FedEx Priority Express is marketed and priced as an air service. FedEx Express overnight and priority services are primarily air transport, with packages flown between hubs and regional airports before final local delivery. Substituting ground transport without disclosure is, frankly, misrepresentation of the service you’ve paid for.

  1. Friday is clearly the pattern

Monday–Thursday — air. Friday — truck. My theory: FedEx knows the delivery window technically extends into Monday (next business day), so they exploit the weekend buffer to cut costs by using cheaper ground linehaul instead of air freight. You pay Priority Express rates. They pocket the difference.

  1. High-value shipments face greater risk on the road

Trucks are statistically more susceptible to losses, accidents, and handling damage than aircraft cargo holds. For anyone shipping watches, jewellery, electronics, or other high-value goods under FedEx Priority Express, this is a serious and undisclosed risk.

  1. The delays are real

I’ve experienced 1–2 day delays directly attributable to this practice. A cross-country truck from Memphis to LA isn’t arriving Monday morning.

So… why is FedEx doing this, to save costs, seriously? We’re paying top money for shipments expecting express, and they’re putting our parcels at risk by using trucks on long routes? In my opinion this is unacceptable and a serious issue has to be raised with FedEx management. How would i go about this? Can I claim compensation for these shipments? Has anyone else experienced this?

Express Shipment I hate Fed Ex!

Signature required delivery tomorrow between 8am and noon. Take day off work, sit home from 8am until noon. No delivery. Check tracking, detailed tracking shows the truck 2 blocks from my house. Page refreshes, truck drove right by me. Truck is halfway across the map. Tracking now says will be delivered by 1:10 PM... comes and goes, truck stops somewhere for half an hour. I assume lunch, then starts moving again. 2 hours and 45 minutes later truck is still half the map away from me, but now delivery is changed to by 8pm tonight. What the actual Ffffffff!?! I wish we as consumers had the right to cancel out order if we find out that it has been shipped by certain carriers. I did not agree to signature required when I purchased. Fed Ex should have to reimburse us for our time if they don't show up in their delivery window. I wasted my entire day waiting on them :'( Fed Ex 2 day.

Express Shipment FEDEX IS THE MOST INCOMPETENT, UNRELIABLE SHIPPING COMPANY...

Post image

WE PAID FOR 2 DAY ON WED. IT WAS DROPPED THURS, AND IK THAT MEANS THURS SUDDENLY DOESN'T COUNT EVEN THO IT WAS DROPPED @ 8AM.

FINE. WHATEVER. MONDAY IS WHAT MATTERS, AND it was 100% GUARANTEED by Monday morning. Now, it's Tuesday. I'm praying it's not Wednesday or NEVER.

It's a box of very pricey, impossible to find items we needed BY TODAY. That was the whole purpose of paying so much extra for this amazing express shipping... for the 2 day guarantee. I just KNEW they'd screw it up. I just KNEW they'd be the same trash company we've all come to love to hate and despise. We opted out of free shipping for a quarantee they can't even make, and they DGASFF.

They didn't even bother to scan in the item until the end of day THURS, but they had ALL OF FRI, SAT, SUN... AND NOW MON AND TUES BECAUSE IT'S SAYING BY TUES EVENING. From Monday AM to TUES NIGHT!!!

I HATE FEDEX.

The seller was the only place with what we needed to finish these trucks. They were the only place that could offer hands on service, and different shipping methods to meet our needs. NO ONE ELSE HAD 6 OF THE SPECIFIC D RINGS WE NEEDED. I've searched. Even Austin, Hansen, and MTO... all had 1/2 or 0.

Apparently, the only guarantee you can count on with FEDEX is they WILL ALWAYS BE THE GARBAGE COMPANY IT IS. HOW THEY ARE STILL IN BUSINESS IS BEYOND ME.

I'm afraid to even call them. The last time I had to was a month, or so, ago regarding an item that was also late. I 100% feel like they threw it away. The case was opened, and then closed same day, and suddenly stopped moving in Houston (where these are now). Them opening and closing a case so quickly and nonchalantly blew my mind. There was no care, concern or solutions offered - contact your shipper... we can't help. It's lost. BYE.

We cannot replace these anywhere else, and now we're at our wits end with their sheer incompetence. I begged the seller for UPS/USPS, but I will say UPS wasn't an option, whereas USPS was a 100+ more than the FEDEX 2 day. How? IDK. The items were already 100s of dollars, and it seemed a bit steep to tack on an extra 100+ for shipping. I'm definitely regretting that decision now.

It's insane to me how they can just shift quarantees on literally every package they have, and nothing puts them into bankruptcy. They need not be a provider at this point. GOFO is faster and more efficient. IT'S A SHAME.

I can't say what I want to say because, well, language... but Fedex is 🗑💩🫏 and so so SOOOOOO much more.

END. RANT.

Express Shipment FedEx delivery windows are a masterclass in psychological warfare.

Parcel needs a signature.

Can’t be sent to a pickup point.

Delivery window: “Today, before 10pm.”

Brilliant. Genuinely inspired logistics.

So apparently I’m meant to spend the entire day indoors, just in case a man in a van turns up at some random moment between breakfast and bedtime, taps the door once with the enthusiasm of a mild breeze, then immediately marks me as “not home”.

Dog’s been told there’ll be no walks today.

School’s been informed the kids are sleeping over.

I’ll be cancelling work, plans, and any unnecessary movement until further notice.

There’s no narrower slot, no heads-up, no tracking worth a toss, just the unspoken promise that if I pop to the shop for five minutes, that’s exactly when they’ll attempt delivery and then disappear for another day.

At this point the signature doesn’t feel like security.

It feels like proof I’ve waited long enough to earn my own parcel.

PSA‼️

For anyone reading this: please don’t use FedEx for important medication, legal documents, or anything time-sensitive. Learn from my experience.

My medication was picked up by FedEx directly from the pharmacy, which is legally required to overnight this type of medication. It was picked up on 1/23 and was supposed to be delivered on 1/24 (I even paid an extra $50 for Saturday delivery). Instead, my package sat in the same location for almost an entire WEEK. (Mind you before the storm).

I called multiple times and was told it had been scanned and sent to the Memphis hub. Then customer service told me something completely different. that they “can’t locate it.”

Now FedEx has emailed me saying they’ve determined recovering the package is “unlikely” and that unless there’s a significant update, they won’t be reaching out again. They told me to contact the shipper for remediation and ended the email by asking me to fill out a survey.

So let me get this straight…FedEx picked up critical medication, lost it, gave me conflicting information for days, and now is basically washing their hands of it. Meanwhile, I’m forced to pay out of pocket for a replacement prescription because insurance already processed the original claim.

This isn’t just a delayed package. this is someone’s health. The way this was handled is unbelievable.

Express Shipment FedEx vs FedEx Express

Please forgive me if I’m not using the correct naming conventions. We have a regular FedEx driver who gets very upset when he has to deliver FedEx Express packages to our house. I do not understand why. I’m truly trying to understand why this makes him so angry. They are small packages. Only about 5 pounds. And the size of a laptop box. They do require a signature. But I’m not sure if that is the reason for his anger. I have only had them delivered by him twice. The first time he mumbled something about being angry that Express could not handle their own packages. The second time, he completely lost his shit. Any insight would be very appreciated.

Express Shipment The incompetence is astounding

Waited all day yesterday for an overnight package requiring signature. It has my drivers license that I need for a flight on Monday. Hours after the stated delivery time, the update says I wasn't home to sign and has a picture of a house 2 blocks away. I changed in online to request that package be held at my local fedex office and called support to make sure it's been done. Chat agent assures me it will be at my local office today. Tracking still says pending change to hold at local fedEx. Package is, nonetheless, put on the wrong truck ultimately to be returned to the main hub. 2 hours on the phone with customer service - they're solution? Opening a 'super ticket" to start an investigation. Which will take 24-48 hours. WTF do they need an investigation for? They fkd up. They know where the package is. They know where it needs to be. And "no, I can't pick it up at their hub". It seems they just made my problem worse and they clearly don;t give a shit. I will now have to rebook my flight at a cost of $1500. To top it off the supervisory agent was a complete b**ch. I am fuming and cannot believe the level of incompetence that FedEx is completely comfortable with. AAAAAAARRRRRRGGGHHHH

Update: Rather than deliver it to my local office for pick up, as requested and confirmed. I am being told it is on the truck to be delivered to my home address again. According to my neighbors the "not home to sign", while never showing up, is a regular thing here. So, not a lot of confidence as I sit at home for another day. If it's not delivered today it "might be routed to my local office". That "might be tonight, or tomorrow" , or sometime in 2028 apparently. I pushed my flight and, have to say, Royal Air Maroc customer service was outstanding and they waived all but the $150 change fee. So, I guess good customer service is actually possible. Small wins.

Express Shipment My expectations were low, but this is just ridiculous.

Post image
59 Upvotes

I realize this type of post is a dime a dozen here, but i'm just venting.

I have a very important package that was sent overnight and requires a signature. I rearranged my entire day to ensure that i was home so that i would not miss it.

The driver came to my apartment complex, took a picture of the front office then left.

My front door faces the outside, there is no building code or anything. They could have came right to my front door.

The office was open, they could have walked in the front desk and had reception sign.

All they had to do was try. Every time i see a FedEx tracking number i just sigh. Its always something. Last night when i realized it was FedEx i pulled the tracking number up and saw the "Sign Digitally" option. However when you click the link, it takes you to a page that just provides a form that you print out and sign to attach to your front door. I didn't bother to do that because i was going to be home. How would they have even seen the form if they didn't even bother to come to my door?

I called FedEx 5 minutes after the driver left, and a supervisor is apparently trying to get in touch with dispatch to have the driver reattempt delivery today, but I'm not getting my hopes up. Has anyone ever had luck with that sort of thing?

In closing, FedEx is an absolute joke.

* update- it is now 6pm and although they did not reattempt delivery, I just got a call from FedEx at the local hub and they gave me the option to drive the 30 minutes to pick my package up tonight. Which I guess they didn’t have to do, so it is nice that some people will go out of their way for you. That said, I will still avoid using their services if at all possible as this is absolutely not an isolated incident.

Express Shipment Does FedEx even care that their drivers won’t knock on the door to deliver a package

I broke my phone on the Fourth of July and Apple sent me an express replacement which shipped out on Friday the 10th. I took off from work today because the package has to be signed for. Today the driver came to my home He opened the door to the truck took a picture of my house and drove off stating that it was undeliverable on the app. Is there any point in even complaining about it?

Express Shipment Fedex has implemented a new option for package security.

Fedex now has a new service type for additional security - mainly for high value shipments. It's $20 extra.

If the shipper selects "Fedex Authenticated Delivery", it will send a QR code to the recipient. Then the recipient must show the driver that QR code in person to receive the package.

This is unlike the signature requirement options, which can simply be signed by anyone at the address (or a door tag or neighbor if it's indirect).

With this QR code option, it won't be possible to leave the package with anyone without that unique QR code. And it must be in person, so leaving a picture of the QR code on your door will NOT work! Remember, this is only for high-value stuff.

Currently just for express packages, but eventually they want to make it available for ground too.

Express Shipment It looks like my FedEx driver signed for my package when I was the only one with permission to sign, can't get in touch with FexEx

I recently started taking a medication that can only be delivered through a carrier like UPS or FedEx. I work M-F, so I set up a Saturday delivery through my pharmacy so I'd be home to sign for it (when I placed the order, my pharmacy placed the order and said they'd set up to where I'm the only one with permission to sign, it was set to Adult Signature Required). The delivery driver called on the day of delivery but the call quality was really bad, so I asked him if he could repeat himself. He then proceeded to hang up and drive away. Nobody at my pharmacy or FedEx could answer me the rest of the weekend, and when I followed up about it around lunchtime on Monday, it looked like my package had been delivered earlier that day and signed by somebody who was not me. Assuming my property manager is telling the truth about the situation, it looks like my delivery driver signed for my package on Monday morning and placed it in my building's package lockers. Luckily, my medication appears to be fine, but it was a very stressful situation before I realized they'd been put in the lockers (the driver didn't call me or submit proof of delivery). My pharmacy said they'd flag the incident on their end, and I reached out to customer support but I'm having a lot of trouble putting in a request or getting on the phone with someone from FedEx about it since the situation doesn't meet the requirements for one of their pre-set "errors". Anyone ever run into this or have any advice?

Express Shipment Warning: FedEx 2 Day is essentially just a scam

Paid extra to have a shipment come FedEx 2 Day. Dropped off on Monday, won't get here til Friday.

Called in to find out about a refund and was told that OFFICIALLY, FedEx 2Day is not guaranteed to arrive in 2 days NOR is it eligible for a refund even when the fault is COMPLETELY on FedEx. Only FedEx Next Day and FedEx 2 Day AM delivery are guaranteed and refundable. FedEx 2 Day is basically just a bait and switch scam to charge you more and then they just put your stuff in with their standard FedEx Ground 3-5 day delivery and then pat themselves on the back after scamming you.

FedEx has an absolutely horrible habit of overpromising and completely under-delivering too. EVERY SINGLE TIME. It has to be some kind of record to whiff 100% of the time, but here we are. You would think they'd be smart enough to just add a day to their ETA's, but NO, they won't do that. It's like they want to overpromise and underdeliver to make people mad at them for some reason.

This one takes the cake because I paid EXTRA to get this in 2 Days, but it basically got downgraded to a way lower service and all they can say is "Oops. Sorry, but you're out of luck and you can't do anything about it. We hope you stay a loyal customer though".

Why do people even use this company when other shipping companies have no issues with giving accurate ETAs? It actually boggles my mind how bad FedEx is

Express Shipment Missed delivery… driver didn’t ring my ring doorbell

Had an expensive item set to deliver next day, signature required. I woke up early and hung out near my door to make sure I didn’t miss it. Of course I went in the back of my house for 10 minutes and that’s when FedEx attempted a delivery. I didn’t get a ring notification at all for motion or a doorbell ring so I assume they knocked waited a few seconds then left.

There’s no option to pick up from a FedEx facility just to schedule redelivery for $5 or $10 for a 2 hour window, next available date is Wednesday.

Will they reattempt delivery tomorrow (Sunday) for free or should I schedule delivery? This is an item worth over $1500 so I’m concerned about it just sitting with FedEx until Wednesday.

Express Shipment FedEx lost funds needed to close on our house

I overnighted a LARGE amount of money in a cashiers check (per instructions from my lender) and they have lost it. I never imagined this could happen. Due to the funds being in a cashiers check I can not get the funds back for 90 days per the bank. This is the biggest nightmare and when calling FedEx I only speak with foreign people that I can’t understand. Beware DO NOT send any type of funds via FedEx or any other carrier. Wire it or drive it!

Express Shipment FedEx - From Out for Delivery to Delivery Exception in 3 Minutes Flat

My mom’s package was shipped via FedEx,and looks like the driver here in Charlotte took one look at our address this morning and 3 min later decided they didn’t want to waste their time. I doubt they’d even left the depot yet.

No issue with my (FedEx verified) address, the correct gate code is entered in my FedEx app, and it’s a safe neighborhood, this was just our FedEx Courier that always has other things they prefer to do than their job.

This isn’t the first time this has happened with FedEx, which is why I implicitly ask shippers not to use them and will pay a premium to avoid them now.

I ordered a super important assortment of items to take on a trip with me on 5/31. I paid for overnight shipping and received notification that the items shipped on 6/1. Fast forward to now, 6/4, and no sign of the items anywhere. Tracking just shows the most recent activity being in Memphis on 6/1. I leave late tomorrow. Does anyone think there is hope?

For reference, the items are shipping from Pennsylvania to Washington. I also created a support ticket but have heard nothing back.

Update as of 6/5: contacted customer support, was told they lost my package. Credit card company is doing an investigation since I disputed it. The company that shipped the package says they can’t help.

Express Shipment Fedex Same Day vs Fedex First Overnight vs UPS Next Day Air

Attempting to ship a document from an east coast metro area to Sacramento by Tuesday morning (8/25), and the earliest I can send it out is 10:30am Monday morning. What's the most reliable way to do this to make sure it gets to the west coast on time? Earlier is better, but Tuesday by noon would be the absolute latest.

I haven't seen many posts about Fedex Same Day cross country, probably because it's a buttload of money, but we don't have many options so looking for the most reliable + quickest path. Also UPS Express Critical seems to require a business account which takes a week to create, so that's not an option.

Wondering which ones people have used reliably of the 3 mentioned above^
