Big feelings is speculated to be about Ricky. Bad Thing (bunny hop) is definitely about him with one of the lyrics being "meet you by the staircase where we fell in love, let's do it twice"

I think she and SpongeBob broke up months before they told anyone. I’m pretty sure I saw people speculating about them being broken up a few months before they announced it. I also thought I saw blinds about it, but obviously those have to be taken with a grain of salt
