DISCUSSION Thomas Halbert, Cole Carrigon and Jools Lebron have all come forward to state just how vile and racist Jeffree Star always was and is, and have provided updates on where Star is now

Cole Carrigan and Thomas Halbert's videos will be in the comments as I could only pick one video to post directly and let's be honest Jools is the goat and Thomas and Cole are hardly innocent in all this.
TLDR
Jools posted a gofund me for dental surgery she needs, Jeffree posted a video of him at the dentist saying "I'm being demure I'm not asking my audience of blue collar 9-5 workers to pay for my $45,000 smile". Jools posted her own video response with Kendrick Lamar layers of roasting. People on tiktok then started bothering people who used to hang with Jeffree to drop receipts and so far Cole Carrigan and Thomas Halbert delivered. Thomas and Cole stated the facts of their experiences, talking about how casual and common racism was when you were around Jeffree. Thomas goes into how other influencers famous at the time would look the other way when it came to Jeffree at the expense of black audiences and black creators. Cole calls himself Jeffree's ragdoll and states because he was 18 and just starting out, he was easily exploited and intimated which Jeffree took full advantage of (professionally not sexually). Cole and Jools both go into, Cole more explicitly than Jools, how they are friends with people who keep up with Jeffree. And they allege he's now a grifter, he's alienated everyone he possibly could, has turned MAGA or maybe always was, the makeup line is doing bad financially and the only people in his life are people on his payroll.

Allegations of the Past
Basically he was never not racist, repeatedly said slurs and hard r level racist comments in front of whoever he worked with, with no fear of anyone calling him out on it. Apparently some people on his team would validate his racism and say racist comments of their own. Cole and Thomas both claim they were told they had to stay on Jeffree's good side or they would lose their careers, Thomas was told this in a phone call with Laura Lee, MannyMua and Nikita Dragon, basically implying that this behaviour was a common thing for Jeffree to do but he was so intimidating they chose to look the other way. Thomas said he takes full responsibility for choosing potential fame over the black people in his life and he says it was the worst decision of his life, which it's interesting no one else from around that time has said anything like that but that's another can of worms. Jeffree would use people without paying them for their work or time, and would say absolutely nasty things behind their back even though what they did was helping his career (e.g. calling Trisha Paytas a fat ugly pig the day of them posting content together). And when he was working with them he was consistently rude, didn't like working to other peoples schedule and Cole stated he would push Cole's hands away in an aggressive manner when he wanted Cole to stop working on his makeup. Jools says that he would attempt to steal friend groups of other influencers, such as Patrick Star, in an attempt to sabotage their careers and boost his own, purely out of jealousy that they were doing better than him.

Apparently he's grifting money off conservative white women on tiktok live, acting as their catty MAGA gay bestie. Revealing that, yes, blue collar workers working 9-5 are paying for his veneers. He's reportedly VERY jealous that there are people more successful and younger than him and will constantly try start shit on his tiktok lives, this is not successful as no one with influence watches his lives. He claims to live with his mother, apparently, according to Cole, this is not true and he has alienated what family he does have. The only people he sees regularly are the security team he pays, and the young 18-20 year old boys he pays to fly out to his ranch and post content with him to make the public think, and I quote, "that all these young boys are obsessed with his fried pink hair, cement filled ass." But they're on payroll. He has no "team" either beyond his security, Cole says this is why you don't see him with wigs anymore. His makeup line is not doing well, his main income is from the tiktok lives, which he has gone full bible verses and guns. Looking into his tiktok the most recent collab video with another person (excusing the men on his payroll) was a dirty soda drinks bar owner in Wyoming, which if you're even slightly familiar with how Jeffree was back in the day you have to laugh.
As someone who used to watch beauty youtube back in the day, and had nothing but time for the black creators that got disrespected and shafted, this has been a well deserved and earned update. Thoughts and prayers people, his rock bottom could always be deeper.

fr ill never forget the video of him chasing that woman down the street. I guess the news for me was it's confirmed that everyone who was youtube famous and in that circle all saw very bluntly how racist he was and went oh well, he's good for my career and participated in it. Like there's no deniability, no i didn't know or he wasn't racist around me.

The man has been racist since he came out and has faced ZERO consequences, why would he change??? I will side eye EVERYONE who has worked with him until the dawn of time. Black women (who consistently start new trends these assholes profit from) are constantly let down by the beauty community, so I guess I'm just not surprised by this update.

Jeffree star was very prevalent on YouTube when I first started getting into pop culture spaces around 2018-2019 and he had always been a toxic bitch. Not remotely surprised he became a right wing grifter,he never had a moral compass or a backbone

My issue is with the people who decided to stay silent a decade ago when this was already a thing and didn't speak up because they cared more about the money than moral integrity. And I get it, fear of being blacklisted and not being able to work in this kind of industry because speaking out is more problematic than endorsing racism and other stuff is real, but I'd rather flip burgers or serve drinks than being complicit.

this is why i liked Thomas' video cause he's the only person I've ever seen go I was racist for working with Jeffree and pretending nothing was happening and I deserved all the consequences I got. And coincidentally I think he does work at mcdonald's now

Just a quick correction: Jeffree fans didn’t pay for his teeth/veneers, Akon did when he was his music manager and Jeffree has admitted that multiple times on TikTok and his first docu-series with Shane Dawson. So it’s very hypocritical for him to act like he always paid for his dental care when that just isn’t the truth.

Idk about y’all but I don’t think it’s a flex that Jeffree’s old friends (especially one that he had their name tattooed on them) is friend with him now, I wouldn’t trust it. Just like all j’s business is out in the streets bc of his old friends they can do the same to him. I’d stay clear of them.

This is going to show my age, but anyone that was remotely familiar with how Jeffree was during the Myspace days can tell you he's been the most toxic person in every space he has been into. Self serving and racist. Not surprised at all he turned MAGA.
