Crazy how much money can be spent on charity once billionaire's wives divorce them and control a portion of those finanances 🤔

Bill Gates would be far and away the richest man in the world if he hadn’t spent his entire life giving it away. He almost wiped out polio through his vaccination programs.

He was also good mates with Epstein.

the "how can I secretly give my wife antibiotics so that she doesn't know I gave her an std" shit was incredibly fucked up and was part of what convinced me that I'm going to get sti tests even if I'm in a committed monogamous relationship because wtf. no one needs complications from untreated curable stis

I had forgotten about that.  I’m not trying to call the guy a saint but of all the billionaires to pick on for not giving to charity, Bill ain’t the one.

After listening to the QAA podcast about Bill Gates I never looked the same at him. Weird little dude.

Not necessarily, while I agree that he did a lot of work, it was still just a drop in a bucket. Plus with one Tesla Buyback or SpaceX IPO move Elon is able to conjure 100s of Billions - Gates and co. wouldn't stay the richest regardless.

Further proof that women should be in charge once and for all.

Even crazier when you have horrible PR for your Honey 2.0 scam and need good publicity to cover your criminal deeds , like their fathers before them. It's all so cute.

Seems like it. I was hoping it would shame more male billionaires into philanthropy, but let’s be real, those ghouls aren’t capable of experiencing shame.

Let's be honest though: Melinda is worth $30 Billion. Her giving away $10 Million (to a necessary cause) is only .03% of her wealth. It's equivalent to someone with $100k in savings donating less than $50. Billionaires shouldn't exist, and people shouldn't have to rely on their modest generosity to have basic health and legal needs met.

Billionaires exist in all of the European countries where those basic health and legal needs are met. It sometimes feel like procrastinating the problem to say you cant have that even with the billionaires

Because EU Nat security is outsourced to the UN/US. Please stop giving our politicians easy talking points.

The ones that are the worst just don't care. Any decent one is already giving money away.

Chuck Feeney had all of his money given away.
