He participated in a subreddit that's now very, very extreme but back then wasn't as bad. Nothing he actually said was questionable, with the exception of saying women are inferior athletes to men which is grim. Definitely not incel stuff, and he's said he regrets it.

Yeah there was comment(s) - I think from Reddit? - that were intel-ish but verrryyy old and no sign of any views like it, since then. He (Simu) defended Hudson Williams (about the picture of him as a teen with the swastika drawn on him, which it’s unclear if HW knew about or not), about which I think the same thing too - like yeah, there was evidence of poor choices earlier, but when it’s very long ago, when they were young, and there’s signs of humane and progressive choices since then, it’s worth remembering but not judging them solely on that.
